We coordinate closely with the P&I Clubs for expedient and amicable settlement of medical claims. 

Our team ensures that any infirm seafarer is receiving the appropriate medical attention to ensure a speedy recovery and a prompt return to work.

In complex medical cases, where the seafarer must be repatriated ASPCM will assign medical staff for continued treatment.

We have a comprehensive procedure for informing the family and continually briefing relatives until the seafarer returns home. Continued counseling can also be arranged.
